LMCs is a group of countries that produce key agricultural commodities such as coffee, cocoa, palm oil, rubber, and timber. Its members include Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Indonesia, Colombia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Paraguay, Peru, and Thailand.

Capacity Building
The main activity currently being carried out is capacity building.
The Government of Indonesia has initiated the Capacity Building for LMCs: Sustainable Agriculture program, running from 2024 to 2027. Each year focuses on a different commodity, including palm oil, coffee and cocoa, timber, and rubber.
