Prof. Damayanti Buchori, Ph.D, M.Sc
Prof. Dr. Damayanti Buchori, M.Sc is the Director of the Center for Transdisciplinary and Sustainability Sciences (CTSS), IPB University Indonesia. She is also a lecturer at the Department of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University.
Prof. Dr. Husin Alatas, S.Si., M.Si is the Executive Secretary of the Center for Transdisciplinary and Sustainability Sciences (CTSS), IPB University Indonesia. He is also a lecturer at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, IPB University.
PhD in Irrigation and Watershed Management from Bonn University Germany; MSc in Watershed Management and GIS from ITC, The Netherlands; Master Degree in Computer Science from University of Indonesia; Diploma in Soil and Water Conservation from IPB University.

Studying the response of marine biota to the increase in global temperature. Since 2012 GEOMAR’s research theme turned to microplastics. Especially for Indonesia, this research is conducted in Thousand Islands and Tropical Marine Habitat Laboratories Department of ITK IPB.
