With educational background in forest products technology and information technology for natural resources management in Bogor Agricultural University, Bonie has extensive experience in land use planning analysis for biodiversity conservation planning and low carbon development strategy. Landbased sector development is his strongly focus from the aspect of planning, monitoring, evaluation and controlling, utilization as well.
Land use planning with the context of data and information integrated, community-based participatory land use planning and monitoring towards sustainable landscape management is also included as part of his experiences for fifteen years. It will be supported by him technical expertise includes land cover mapping and classification, GIS and remote sensing imagery interpretation, forest cover change analysis, and land cover change modeling, and other spatial models as well for planning, monitoring evaluation and reporting. He has also managed forest carbon and REDD+ initiative projects by engaging local community, private sector and local government and has considerable knowledge of climate change issues as well. With another side experience, he has been supported as well by knowledge of financial banking, product retail distribution and whole seller as well
