Medria is a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, IPB University, Indonesia. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science IPB University. In 2015, she completed her PhD in Computer Science at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Canberra, Australia. Her PhD thesis investigates the role of otivation in solving optimization problems with application to task allocation. In 2015/2016, she was a Research Associate at UNSW Canberra and conducted a research for developing, implementing, and testing an agent-based simulation in strategic decision-making and information warfare games. Her research interests include multi-agent systems, computational intelligence, optimization and agent-based simulation
