Novri started her career with high demands for creativity in a non-governmental organization in the environmental field (Friends of The Earth/WALHI Jambi). Then, she was involved in many teaching activities in the area of forestry broadly, especially forest and environmental conservation, until now. Her strengths in ecological and social research and scientific and popular writing make she continue to encourage students and young people around her to be honest and have the ability to think critically.
